How do I claim my venue profile?

To claim your venue, simply search for your business on our platform and click the "Claim this Venue" button at the bottom of the profile. If your venue isn't listed yet, you can register a new account and add it manually from the Business Portal. Our team will verify your details within 24 hours.

What is the difference between Verified and Promoted?

Verified is our free tier. It gives you a checkmark badge and lets you update your hours, menus, and primary photos. Promoted is our premium tier ($49/mo). Promoted venues jump to the top of search results, receive the Gold Crown badge, and are actively suggested to diners searching in nearby suburbs.

Can I respond to community reviews?

Yes! Once your venue is Verified, you will gain access to the Business Dashboard where you can view all community ratings, read reviews, and post public responses from the management team.

How do I cancel my Promoted subscription?

There are no lock-in contracts. You can downgrade from Promoted back to the free Verified tier at any time directly from your billing settings in the Business Dashboard. Your premium placement will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
